These are mainly M8, M12 and M16 circular connectors that can be configured by the customer to suit the respective application. For data transmission, binder’s latest shielded, X-coded M12 connector can handle data transfer rates up to an impressive 10 Gbit/s.

M8-D connectors

M8 connectors with D-coding of the 818 series are designed for sensors and actuators in small installation spaces. They are shielded and achieve protection class IP67, have 4 contacts and are available as straight cable connectors and as straight and angled flange connectors. The cable connectors are available for self-connection with a screw terminal connection or with overmoulded heads, the flange connectors via a dip solder connection.

M12-B Connectors

M12 circular connectors of the 715/766 series with B-coding have protection class IP67/IP68 and 360° EMC shielding. They are UL-approved and have a freely configurable screw, crimp and cage clamp connection as well as an overmoulded cable of 2m or 5m length as standard. They are available as cable or flange connectors, with screw locking according to DIN EN 61076-2-101.

M12-D Connectors

M12 connectors with D-coding of the 825/876 series for high-performance applications such as PROFINET and Ethernet have screw/cutting terminal connection and reach Cat5. Cable connectors are also available with moulded cable, flange connectors have solder and dip solder connections. The connectors have excellent shielding and achieve IP67 protection. Shielded M12-D to RJ45 adapters are available straight and angled.

M16-X connectors

The 415 series of X-coded M16 connectors from binder can handle data transfer rates up to an impressive 10 Gbits/s. The 8-contact series includes a cable connector and a cable socket as well as a flange socket for front connection.

M12 Hybrid Connectors

M12 Hybrid connector systems are the perfect solution where power and signal are required. One Cable Solution (OCS) in the proven M12 package, IP67/68/69. 9 poles - 2 power + 7 signal contacts allow high flexibility. Materials are suitable for temporary outdoor use. M12-A screw locking with plastic threaded ring and for tougher requirements with stainless steel threaded ring. Another feature is the easy assembly.
