M5 Connectors

These circular M5 connectors with screw locking according to DIN EN 61076-2-105 are available as straight and angled cable versions as well as easy-to-mount flange plugs and sockets. A threaded ring serves as vibration protection. There is a choice of 3 and 4 gold-plated brass contacts with a rated current of 1A at a rated voltage of 60V. Protection class is IP67.

M12-A Connectors

M12-A connectors are designed for automation applications, meeting the common requirements of the automation industry. Available with 3, 4, 5, 8 and 12 contacts with a rated current up to 4A at 250V. Various connection types are available, including crimp connection and moulded, ready-to-connect cable. There are also easy-to-mount flange versions with various connection options such as solder, dip solder and stranded wire.

M8 Connectors

Easy-to-mount M8 cable connectors to DIN EN 61076-2-104 in protection class IP65/67, unshielded and shielded versions with 360° shielding, iris spring and shielding rings ensure reliable EMC shielding. Rated current 1A to 4A and rated voltage 30V to 60V depending on the number of contacts. There are solder and screw terminals. The flange connectors have solder and dip solder connections or stranded wires.

M8 Connectors with D-coding

M8 connectors with D-coding of the 818 series according to DIN EN 61076-2-114 are designed for secure Ethernet data transmission up to 100 MBit/s in the network. They have 360° shielding and comply with protection class IP67, have 4 contacts and are available as straight cable connectors and as straight and angled flange connectors. The cable connectors that can be assembled have screw terminals, the flange connectors have dip solder terminals and shielding plate.

Connecting Cords

Complementing the wide range of cable and flange connectors, connecting cables with screw locking are available in IP67/68 and IP69K to precisely meet customer requirements. The cable length can be 1m or 2m as standard. To extend the range of applications and enable flexible signal distribution, binder offers M8x1 and M12x1 duo connectors moulded onto the cable as well as M8 and M12 compatible two-way distributors.
