RJ45 modules with high system reserve and short design
The challenge of modern building cabling lies in the future: to guarantee increasing data rates and maximum flexibility. IT cabling often has to be installed in extremely confined spaces. This has a particularly critical effect on flush-mount outlets, underfloor tanks and media tables: The minimum bending radius of the cable must not be undercut for reliable data transmission, but most RJ45 modules are built quite long and take up a lot of space. However, a short design and high transmission performance are not necessarily exclusive of each other.
The new RJ45 modules in the AMJ-SL family are characterised by their extremely short overall length of just 32 mm length, which enables particularly space-saving installation - even in confined spaces. This makes them significantly more compact than comparable products on the market. The modules can be used in a variety of ways without causing space problems and impress with an exceptionally high system reserve for reliable data transmission.
Another advantage is the simple and tool-free installation, which is further supported by the new SafeLock safety locking system. A robust metal locking lever with barbs ensures a secure connection, while the optimised contact design specifically prevents the occurrence of breakaway sparks when the contact is not in use.
Overview & Advantages

Advantages of the new RJ45 modules
Compared to other modules, the AMJ-SL module has a significantly shorter overall length. Thanks to its short overall length, the Telegärtner AMJ-SL module is also ideal for installation in difficult situations. The module impresses with its robust, easy-to-install housing. No special tools are required for assembly.
The large and reliable NEXT headroom in the critical inner pair lends the new Telegärtner AMJ-SL module an exceptionally large link headroom. This guarantees a large fault tolerence.

Simple and secure locking:
The two halves of the housing are latched together by means of a onepiece metal barbed snap-in/snap-put latch.
When latched into its end position, the metal housing can be used vibration-free in a variety of applications.

RJ45 in the application
The RJ45 modules impress with simple cable routing and a larger bending radius, which ensures optimum transmission performance even in confined installation situations - such as in parapet trunking.
Thanks to the low installation depth in the device box, it is ideal for problem-free installation, especially in underfloor installation environments. It can be used internationally and is specially designed for building cabling in parapet trunking or cavity wall installations with a straight cable outlet.

The AMJ-SL module and the AMJ-SL 25G module can be installed in confined installation situations such as flush-mounted applications.
The extremely short RJ45 module permits a larger cable bending radius to optimise signal transmission.
The small installation depth also means the RJ45 module can be installed in an electronics box with a mating direction of 45°.

The AMJ-SL 25G offers compact size, high performance and reliable reliability, ideal for future-proof and efficient data centre centre cabling.

Modules with a straight cable inlet are only suitable for cable entry from above in an- gled outlet boxes. With the AMJ-SL 4x90, cable entry is possible from below. If the cable is inserted into the appliance installation box from below, there is not enough space for the cable in modules with a straight entry in angled outlet boxes: This results in transmission problems due to kinked cables. The AMJ-SL 4x90 gives the cable the space it needs.

Modules with a straight cable inlet are only suitable for cable entry from above in an- gled outlet boxes. With the AMJ-SL 4x90, cable entry is possible from below.
For straight outlet boxes with modules, the cable can be fed in from the top, bottom, right or left. The AMJ-SL 4x90 therefore offers enormous flexibility for installations in cavity walls and behind panelling of all kinds, which cannot be achieved with RJ45 modules with a fixed straight feed.
The angled RJ45 module
With the AMJ-SL 4x90, there is no more wrong cable direction and no more performance losses due to kinked cables.
The cable feed is mounted on site at the top, bottom, right or left - particularly practical when space is limited.
Installation is extremely simple: the wire manager is always inserted in the same position so that it cannot twist, and the rear part of the module is mounted according to the cable direction.
Markings on the module housing and rear section make the whole process easy. The tried-and-tested SafeLock safety interlock ensures safe and reliable contacting and installation.

Advantages of the angled RJ45 module
1. The cable outlet can be freely selected in 90° increments upwards, downwards, to the right or to the left when installing the module on site.
2. Cable feed in floor boxes with angled module holders 90° downwards, with straight module holders optionally in four directions.
3. Cable feed in cavity wall boxes and module holders with straight outlet in four directions: 0°/90°/180°/270°.
4. Cable feed for module holders with angled outlet from below 90°.
5. Perfect for standard international module mounts with straight cable outlet in confined spaces. Cable feed in four directions depending on the module holder: 0°/90°/180°/270°.
6. Ideal for applications with extremely flat and narrow cabling spaces such as in industry, transport and shipbuilding.
The short RJ45 module 25G
The AMJ-SL 25G is the most powerful Cat.6A module in the Telegärtner portfolio and enables data transmissions of up to 25 Gbps. It is ideal for demanding applications in residential and commercial buildings - from stable home networks, digital ceilings, high-speed WLAN and IP video surveillance to high-performance data centres. Thanks to the high packing density in 19’ 1U/3U distributors, the available space is optimally utilised. Existing installations can be easily upgraded depending on the cable. This allows owners to invest in a future-proof infrastructure with performance reserves for future requirements - while minimising installation and maintenance costs.

Advantages of the short RJ45 module 25G
1. Data Center
Data rates are constantly increasing. It's good if today's cabling can also transmit tomorrow's applications.
2. IP-Videos with particularly high resolution
Video resolution and therefore data volumes are increasing. Components that can also transmit 25 Gbit/s eliminate the need for complex and therefore expensive new cabling.
3. WLAN Access Points with high data rates
The data requirements of mobile devices are constantly increasing. The cabling for WLAN access points must therefore be able to transmit even more data in the future.
4. Ínvestment Protection
Rewiring is expensive: labour, materials and operational interruptions quickly add up to high sums. Components that can also transmit the high data rates of future applications optimally protect the investments made.
